* Orders below R1000 will be charged a separate discounted delivery rate. Outlying areas may incur a surcharge.

** Qualifying items are items within a certain volumetric size limit. Product codes AA-LZ qualifies for free delivery. Codes MA-ZZ will be quoted a separate discounted delivery rate. Qualifying products will also be indicated as such on every product's page info.

Depending on factors such as the order's total weight, the materials used and the address to be delivered to, we may choose to make use of either The Courier Guy, Pudo, Pep Paxi, Postnet or Pargo. The delivery method will be confirmed with client before the items goes out so we can ensure are clients are as happy as us. ;)

Please allow 9-15 working days for items to be dispatched - all orders are handmade on a first-come, first-serve basis and a lot of materials may take time to set and dry properly (and is also very dependant on good weather). Near big holidays or in season, the ETA may increase by a few days due to influx of orders but we always try our best to not let that happen.

Orders may also be collected in Jeffrey's Bay, EC. Delivery addresses within 100km of Jeyffrey's Bay may also qualify for discounted prices and rates - enquire within for our local specials and promotions!
